Cleaning Services Terms & Conditions & Website Use


1. Agreement Overview

By accessing this website, submitting a booking request, and/or using cleaning services provided by Koltiska Collective (the “Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use this website or book services.

All website materials are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.


Satisfaction Guarantee

Koltiska Collective is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service performed, you may request a follow-up visit under our satisfaction guarantee.

Requests must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion. A new cleaning team may be assigned to address documented areas of concern at no additional charge.

This guarantee is limited to re-cleaning only and does not include refunds or monetary compensation.


2. Service Booking & Platform Use

The Company utilizes a third-party scheduling and payment platform to facilitate online bookings and payments.

All bookings are subject to availability. Clients must provide access to the premises at the scheduled service time. Failure to provide access may result in a lock-out fee, rescheduling fee, or cancellation fee at the Company’s discretion.


3. Cleaning Services

Scope of Services

Services are limited strictly to the cleaning package or customized scope selected at the time of booking. Requests outside the agreed scope may be declined or billed separately.

Supplies

The Company provides standard cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed in advance. Clients with sensitivities or specific product requests must notify the Company prior to service.


4. Payments & Credit Card Authorization

Accepted Payment Methods

The Company accepts credit cards only.

Cash, checks, ACH, or any other forms of payment are not accepted for cleaning services.

Payment Terms

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Credit Card Authorization & Pre-Authorization

By providing a credit card and booking services, the Client authorizes the Company to charge the card on file for:

  • Completed cleaning services

  • Approved add-on services

  • Applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or lock-out fees

  • Late payment fees, if applicable

The Client further authorizes the Company to pre-authorize the card prior to service to verify funds availability.

If pre-authorization is revoked, disabled, or prevented, the Company will be unable to accept or confirm future bookings.

Tips & Gratuities

No payments of any kind may be given directly to cleaning providers except optional gratuities.

Clients may provide tips in cash directly to the provider; however, the Company strongly recommends that tips be processed through the booking system.
Providers receive one hundred percent (100%) of all tips.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client Cancellations

Cancellations may, at the Company’s discretion, be subject to the following fees:

  • 50% of the booking total if cancelled after 1:00 a.m. three (3) days prior to service

  • 75% of the booking total if cancelled after 1:00 a.m. two (2) days prior to service

  • 100% of the booking total if cancelled after 1:00 a.m. one (1) day prior to service

These fees help offset reserved labor and operational costs.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests made within five (5) hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee, at the Company’s discretion.

Rescheduling within the cancellation windows above may be treated as a cancellation.


6. Workforce, Insurance & Indemnification

Employees & Vetted Subcontractors

Services are performed by Company employees and/or carefully vetted independent subcontractors.

All subcontractors are required to maintain general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage where required by law, with proof of coverage on file. The Company also maintains applicable insurance coverage.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, the Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Koltiska Collective from claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Conditions at the Client’s premises

  • Client negligence

  • Failure to provide a safe working environment

This obligation survives completion or termination of services.


7. Provider Engagement, Scope of Work & Non-Solicitation

Authorized Scope of Work

Cleaning providers may perform only the services booked through Koltiska Collective. Providers are not permitted to perform side work or off-platform services, even if requested by the Client.

Non-Solicitation / No Poaching

Clients agree not to solicit, hire, or contract with any cleaning provider introduced through the Company for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the last service.

Liquidated Damages

The Client acknowledges that a breach of this provision would cause harm difficult to quantify. Accordingly, the Client agrees to liquidated damages of $5,000 per provider, which the parties agree is a reasonable estimate and not a penalty.


8. Website Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily view website materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or mirror website materials.

Violation of these terms automatically terminates this license.
